Questions

Frequently Asked

What foundation does the glamping pod require?

The pod requires a prepared gravel surface as standard. For high-wind locations, concrete point foundations can be used for additional stability. No extensive groundwork is needed.

Is the glamping pod suitable for year-round use?

Absolutely. With a 4,500W heat pump and optional sheep wool insulation, the pod operates comfortably from -25°C to over 40°C. The integrated climate system maintains your desired temperature automatically.

How long does installation take?

The pod structure itself is delivered and assembled by a professional team. Standard lead time is 6 weeks from order. Comfort equipment (bathroom, kitchen) may require additional time depending on configuration.

What maintenance is required?

Maintenance is minimal. Interior wood surfaces should be re-oiled every 3-5 years depending on use. Exposed exterior wood benefits from annual re-oiling. The membrane and curtains are cleaned with warm water and a soft brush.

Can the pod be customized?

Yes. Three interior packages are available — from fully equipped to shell only. The terrace can be configured as 8 m² or 16 m², and custom furnishing options are available for all variants.
